He began his career at OMD, where he led campaigns for major brands including Visa, J&J, Hilton, Bosch, and Sony Pictures. He later transitioned to in-house leadership roles at Agoda and Delivery Hero, where he scaled marketing operations across multiple regions, managed global media investments, and oversaw budgets up to $45M. As a people-first leader, Mike built and managed integrated teams of 25+, aligning brand, media, and research functions to deliver both long-term equity and short-term growth.
