For the past decade, Byron has worked as a strategist on notable campaigns and new product launches for brands like JetBlue, Monopoly, Burger King, Gatorade, Apple, Meta, Discover and MassMutual both in-house and at agencies across the US – including MullenLowe Boston, Jack Morton Worldwide, TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Cartwright, and TBWA\Chiat\Day LA.
Byron has also been involved in pro-bono campaigns, including work with Change the Ref and Project Unloaded to bring attention to gun violence across the country and agency devised initiatives like Camp Jack and 25Forty that were developed to inspire and create inroads for people of color into creative and experiential agencies.
